So no lower Imp mod? now thats in a higher class?

So no lower Imp mod? now thats in a higer class? I would say no...BUt I dont know. I know I have never ran any amps with a lower imp mod. Just play with impedence rise and got them to work. To me stock amps are just that. One i can go into any kicker dealer get one off the shelf and do exactly what I just did with mine. But thats just my interpretation of that rule. |

here we go ....again....................... Cactus could change them, I could change them, IA could change an amp, any manufacture can change an amp, or mod it AFTER it's been tested...so why pick on this one....??? because it's new, upproven, or scared of it.... LET IT GET TESTED, if you wanna protest, lay down the cash....end of story i agree, NO mods needs to be done to this amp, NOR any amp after it has passed...leave it, and play it in the lanes, let install provide a winner. |

Scott, I agree, there are many possible flaws, that could happen.Anyone can have an amp tested, approved early, then at finals time, have done a mod, and do way over the actual tested amount. I like the clamped power idea dbSteve is doing, may take longer, but keeps it real |

| People run modded amps all the time in PS not many amps take 18v out the box. Some do most dont. So I see no issues in ps. Or just get rid of High voltage all together in stock the its squashed. I can belive all the bickering and bull shit that happens all the damn time around here. I am for one getting sick and tired of it. I should maybe just go do my own thing. |

| As team captain we chose to work with cactus as a strategic choice in this competition arena. Agreed donnie dosent sale cactus, Not many stores in the US do at this point. However he still has a team. and we are happy to as Team Loud and Clear be in partnership with that. |

| He inquired with me about that yes. Didnt say I could, I felt it as he was inquiring about the rules and there limitations. I advised him as to what I thought was morally correct. I have spoked with tracy about this off line. and re stated my opinion. I think at the end of the day cactus does the right thing and makes equal amps for all....Good luck and good day to all. |

correct Bruce, and agree, I plan to address this with Christoph.... but too many jumping on "what CAN happen" over, what will .... if anyone specialized in reading the future, should not be on a USACi forum, but be in Vegas betting............ |
