| they gave me 2361.59 for my s10 everyone that know me well enoght know my s10 wasnt worth 500. i only paid 400 for it so im ok with that price. still waiting on my pain and suffering check. it funny that if they pay you enoght money your pain goes away.  | |

| thing is Daryle with them cutting you the one check.. They will blow you off if you accept one your settling.... Dont take anything till you get that offer too... If you pick up the check and sign anything you BETTER HAVE A LAWYER BRO........ Just a word to the wise i settled to early one time and i still limp around cause of it.................. Be patient. | |

I have had many wrecks hints the name crash.  The always have cut me a check right away for my car. They will not cut you a check for pain and suffering and for your medical bills in tell a doctor clears you. believe the hospital make sure of this because they will have a lean on that second check so they get there money first. | |

| I only had one where I actually got money out of them. Got just enough to fix the damage, which I never did. LMAO But listen to Jimbo and Crash still. | |
