| it really gets me is that the one that drove hard for that class quit the year ralph makes it happen. may i was soo hoping he would have competed at least once before this. i was suppose to play in trunk this year but changed my mind an if i had of known it would turn out like this i would have played in trunk. hey ralph is there a way to transfer my points from streetbeat to trunk. | |

True....Most shows I have been to have had a few trunk cars there but most don't run the trunk class. I can think of 2 shows where there was atleast 6+ trunk cars but I was the only one in the trunk class. I don't know if it is a lack of knowing it is offered or the broadness of 1000+ that scares people. Cause open classes have the least people at shows IMO........

| what the crap... i finally get a class for my car then it get crapped on.... i invest 1000s of dollars on equipment to be competitive in my class to do well and maybe win.... i stayed out of midwestspl just for the reason that i like usaci more... simple as that, but the way i see it i should have stayed in midwest. there are more shows here in iowa, classes are much more competitive, and they give money back to competitors... what do i get if i win usaci finals.... i big trophy, bragging rights for a year, the bill for hosting the show, gas to the show, and gas back from the show. Now your telling me that my class, my trunk 0-1000 class is being dropped... so you want me to compete in stock 601-1800 where crx's and s10's win and will only win... how much is a d5... new... just wondering, lowest price new... cause i know that i can get powerbass 5000s for hella cheap... but no.... cant use them and be competitive. you have to use d5s, d9s, 4.1s, 6.1s, or what ever cheater amp is out on the market.

| this is stupid.
can anyone of you name me more than two MAAAAAYBE 3 loud guys in each class? any class.. its ALWAYS been like 2 loud guys and then a big drop in numbers. trunk is no different right now. but by what is being said here it looks like ALL classes should be dropped accept mod 4k+ its the only one with more than 2 loud guys. i mean really , we keep super mod classes around for what? how many real super mod cars are there really in usaci? 4 ? 5 ?
now think about my 1st question with your replies.. its 2 loud people, then the people picking up the left overs.. i personally think trunk in picking up. but like was said before alot of guys dont even know its availible.

| i would say if you have 11 or 12 guys at finals in trunk your good just fill the two classes their are 1-5 at finals so 11 would leave 1 extra and a wonderful turnout.... | |
