Any thoughs or advice from anyone about the RD alpha series subs??

its nice to see dave still has you on speed dial everytime someone says something about you he is quick to call ya

Erin bennet never talked to them. The help I did receive was from rob and Jim and no one on a sb build. First year at finals and I won so what else you got to say. I'll be back this year at finals so why don't you take one of your nice daily rides and come play.

1 I don't call this guy but maybe twice a year an that's at scrapin time an finals. I text him on holidays an such an let him know about my scores an ways I can get louder.
2 if you would scroll down the page to the bottom every once in awhile you will see that Kenny is on here more than u think he just don't have time for the petty Cow poopy you are talking about.

Dave it doesnt even sound like you know what it was, in 08 kevin ran a CRX at finals, in 07 he did run a trunk car at finals, don't remember it, but he was in my classs that year as well, and well, 2 kx 2500's don'tt fit into 601-1800 so are you sure thats what he ran.

Sounds like you don't even know what he did or didn't have.

another thing I have heard a couple times as well was that his car while yes it is/was a trunk car, the way the build was done it would not qualify for trunk.

so yeah i know, you could get the same or more power in that class than the 2500's, but just pointing out that it doesnt even sound like you know his car that much.

anywho sure it was a nice score for the time, but no its not the loudest ever,

loudest ever in terms of number would be rich turner, at 159.9 or maybe he did crack 160, but then again that was on the AC mic, so you could say subtract 5 or this or that, but there is no exact science to it.

Was it the loudest at the time, yes, can you compare it to todays numbers, not really, that was a diff time and meter

same thing with kevins, differant time, differant rules, differant metering process, and were not even sure what he ran, cause what you are saying he ran doesnt even match up to the class/year

so yeah it was a nice number at the time, i could also say joe joe did an ok number that year with a trunk car, dodge neon with clarion or cheap mtx subs sometrhing like that, 153.9 with 1 mmats amp, he ran 3000+ though due to the fact that is where his points were

he ran 4 l5 10s with 1 collossus and 2 d3100s I beleive (I know he had 1 in the back).. not positive on the number on strands he ran but i'll vouch for it being 100% legal to todays rules... it was manned but the car did mid 55s with noone on the mic..

see i was also under the impression it was 2 2500.1's as well in fact i thought kevin himself came on here and said that

Yeah im not talking smack on him or anything, and not questioning if it was legal cause im sure it was, just meant that from what people have said that it wouldn't have been for the trunk rules, ported through rear deck, or cut rear deck or something cant remember

but yeah dave you on here always talking smack about trunk saying he did this or he did that, heck even one time saying you didnt care what number the winners of trunk did last year cause kevin was still louder.

not really anyway to compare other then to meter it the same way under the same rules.
