| I agree either one but re,seems like re only works good in multiple sub setups.I say rd's would be my first choice,then dd's thats just my opinion | |

| Ive ran Rd for the past yr and half or so. Even won at 08 finals with them. Great product just real hard getting ahold of Steve. Just thinking about other options right now. Not sure which series would hold up to serious street beating. | |

| You don't need to have top of the line subs do be competitve in SB I have used Kicker CVXs before and had good luck with them also L5s | |

| Dude Ive tried several subs in my 2yr experence,Sony xplod(lol),Kicker cvrs,Re sx,And now Planet audio bb215d I love em.Its what works best for you...I think for the most part audio is all opinions anyway.Like Chevy,Ford...really all is good just opinions. | |

| it don't robert you still have yet to show that damn 154 on music if i can remeber i don't think you did it at finals i could be wrong maybe you did it but wait i think i got footage iw ill go check this out. but again show supa of you doing mid 50's with some cheap ass subs an to us cheap isn't the price we speak of speaker brands, alot of guys only run the custom made stuff now an not the brands you buy in stores or online. | |

| Its all about the install,Ive seen super-subs get beat out by crappy subs.And like Tamu says Ive seen crappy subs hit big numbers. If you cant build, you wont do well.YES it helps to have top of the line subs but it CAN be done with just about any sub IF IF IF you have the rest of the picture on point...like install, wiring, freqs and all the other pieces of the puzzle together.Thats what I have learned! | |

Yeah, just get some 1/2 decent subs, and enough power to get near their thermal/mechanical limits, without getting too stinky. The rest is box design, testing, and tuning. You have to know what your car likes, and exploit that. | |
