Trunks only class next year?

First topic message reminder :

Just trying to get an idea from fellow competitors if they think USACi should do a trunks only class next year. Same power classes, but the cars have to have trunks... What do you think?

this will deff bring people into the sport...i am all for it

Me too come on Ralph no some guys with trunks in the high 150s me deof high is 157 or louder and know one that can get a 60 out of her im pretty sure

It is funny you are talking about this. At my shows I actually have this class. It is call Junk in the Trunk. I don't do it as a USACi class but as a fun class and give 50% of the entry fees to the winner.

Hey Jenissa, what is your most north show? We definitely need to try and make your shows

i got junk in my trunk..lol i want to do that...

Longview, TX is as far north as I have gone for MY shows so far.

its a pretty good drive from memphis, tn too

i have seen this every year and nothing ever comes of it. You all know this comes up and we never get a real class. You will get in a local class or something so be happy with that... SORRY dont mean to sound rude or rain on anyones parade but i been here since early 06 (not real long) but long enough and nothing has ever come from this. I have a pretty loud trunk car (well my wife does) and would love to see this but it aint going to happen for points

meaning its possible , in a trunk , maybe i misunderstood , just saying its possible we are almost there now , all in the trunk , back deck lid rewraped but in car , 152 + on dash , not the highest but he is working on it .

I'd rather see an all CRX class

i know sombody that took second place at finals in 0-300 in 2006 i believe in a Ford Explorer they can hang just got to build it

some one did a 156 this year out of a trunk

wasn't me only doing 45's hehe

not me also all i can do is 152

probally could do a big # on a box for burps but my box is tuned to 37 38 hrtz
