thats the attitude.... ralph wants to trim the classes not showing support and is IS willing to try classes that will have support , so if someone thinks or knows of a trunk competitor vote yes and MAYBE ralph will start a new class , we need to start at beginning of season so these people can get points to .

| The only suggestion is this. I think the power amounts you have is great. I think there should be a single SB class for Trunk. I mean come on. You can fit a whole ton of subs in a trunk. When we worked on ours, we did worse scores with 3+ subs, do to it taking up so much room back there.
Just a suggestion if it was to happen

| The only benefit I see this playing a role in is the local level at best. Then after the first year it is going to be everyone with the same make/model car after that.
We are all competitive in nature. It is part of our primal instincts. People will do what it take's to be on top. All a trunk class would do is add that "new car" feel to the sport temporarily.

| from what i have heard on adding new classes is from time to time that it costs more money to add classes and that the less classes you have the more money is made... i hope i am not wrong on this but this is what i have to say
no matter how many classes you have you will have a competitor in it which means you will have entry fees from that competitor... if you don't have a competitor then oh well, no trophey to give out... the more classes, the more competitors, the more entry fee... for some people one of the three are more important to others but in the end its all a step ahead... more income due more competitors... the thing that im curious about is how many people will sell their crx and get a trunk car???... i don't think to many will so it is open playing ground for anybody that wants to compete and chances are they won't be competing against a pro, which from what i hear is the common complaint at a comp...

| this is a business so treat it as so... if you have to change or create other classes to help the business then so be it... but listen to the consumers on what they want cuz they are the ones filling the pocket book up... if you don't do what they want "to an extent" then they will go somwere that has what they want and fill up sombody elses pocket book... | |

| I think a trunk class would kick but...limit the wattage and keep it at 1 stock style battery. No new Lithium Ion technology batts or that kind of garbage. And stock charging system. All equipment in the trunk, seats remain but can fold etc. Could be a cool class for sure. | |

| I agree with having a trunk class since i have been running a trunk car. It has been a challenge trying to get a trunk loud for me since i dont buy the high end stuff, but when i thought i would never hit 150db i did with just a little help from people who like a challenge also.
I have seen at alot of shows there is always newbies who wants to compete and they have a trunk car. Plus with the kids buying trunk cars i never knew how many have fun with their cars.
If raplh gets a trunk class going, i see more and more people competeing.
