| Alan, are you asleep at the wheel or what man quad is owning you. He's saying that he uses the same motors that some other brands use. Whats so hard to believe there? As for him buying from George, I didnt know George owns SJA, I thought they're build house for many brands, including Atomic and RD Audio. So what if Quad has them build his as well? Thats right, not a big deal at all, so why dont we cut him some slack and show him support as we do with others? ( quad, one of the reasons people give ya a hard time is the little things you say, stating that the only woofer that can hang with yours is the DDz...is kind of a bold statement that shouldnt have been said at all. If its true just let it be shown rather than open yourself up for ridicule. But by all means feel free to talk it up, tell people how great of a product you have, just dont say its better than other subs, its not good business) BTW, jimbo is serious about you sending him 3 subs, hes tryiong to help you out. And you know he has a great build, by sending him subs you would not only earn a lot of respect but you'd also get a chance to have your subs shine in a world class vehicle. It's a win win. | |

| Quad, forget about arguing with people....
On to the purpose of this thread....you want recognition for your woofers right?....dude, send some to Jimbo man, he'll do your subs justice, if anybody can put up a good score with them you know he can.
What are you waiting for?
If need be make him 3 prototypes, by doing this you'll get some free R&D, if and when they break you can use that information to make them better. You need to jump on this opportunity.

It's a win win. points Taken, as i stated my Goal is to build a sub that can hang with the Z series over a year ago i built a few prototypes and came up with i think a winner, Cash at this point will keep production down as most are finding out and like i said months ago are Country is in a big slow down, hell were waiting on pink slips any day now at the reg Job, not good and i am set for escrow on some land for my house, i hope to make it to Az this weekend to put up some numbers, as for Jimbo i know what he needs but the Coils are going to be a problem.

The reason why I see fit to step in and try to correct a direct source of mis-information.
Promoting your product is one thing, being full of BS is something else completely.
Why were my two posts deleted? I have never been know to start trouble but this guy is completely out of his mind. "Spaceship one", Starship Enterprise.....what the..........BEAM ME UP SCOTTY.

| QuadUp untill now I have refrained from commenting on any of your posts. I know I'm a nobody from nowhere. Hell I only compete once or twice a year now. You seem to be genuinely and rightfully proud of your products. My only concern is that you start to hipe up a product that you currently can't produce and offer to the puiblic in general. So it comes off sounding like you're product bashing because you have no concrete data to back up your claims. I would suggest in the future to simply build the subs have them tested by an impartial party and then when you have enough data and can back your claims then hipe it all you want. Jimbo has offered to be the "tester". I would take him up on that. From what I hear he's got an awesome setup. Multiple records are a testament to that. I just think you getting flamed everytime you say something you don't have data to support is getting way old. Like the old saying goes think before you speek. My two cents. | |
