SO WHO HAS BEEN COMPENSATED SO FAR AND I DONT MEAN PETTY PROMISES

I agree ralph, but you see some were contacted by them, and others were not on the equipment owed some were compensated and well agains others were not.

you see a pattern yet

maybe you should try it sometimes running your mouth and a extemely competitive vehicle takes skills most the people on here dont have, but just one few of us are truelly that talented

I didnt come on here to stir up crap, just to point out the fact that they the company is now in the hands of people who are trying to right some of the wrongs done by steve in the past. Even though their contractual legal obligation has been surpassed by a huge margin

When you purchase a company, not only do you purchase all the accounts but you also purchase the debt. I dont beleive that they are trying to correct any mistakes when I lowered the amount of the debt that RD owed to me from $1,250 down to a mere $500 and after promises after promise of I will pay you next week and then next week its the following week or in 2 weeks, etc.... and ends up 5 months later and still no payment? Doesnt sound to me like anyone is trying to fix anything. Especially when they are out sponsoring other events before they clear up old debts. And 3022 might not be RDs phone #, but its Tjs security which is the new owners of RD

i personally have no idea why they would of paid for "RD" they could of just called up sja and started the exact same company with out any of the head ache and im sure less cash... and probly a better logo lol

well the company was not purchased, only the rights to the name,not the whole company there were no accounts changing hands, or any other files, so in essence the new company is just that, a new company, with a different ein, and different tax id, so from a legal standpoint has no obligations to money owed by the old owner.

As far as im concerned, a promise is a promise. When Joel and I came to an agreement then that agreement stands. Joel, if you had no intentions on paying the debt then you should have never made the promise to me. We came to the agreement that you would pay me the $500 if I lowered the debt down from the $1250. So in my eyes, now you are no better than Steve. Making promises and not keeping them. I kept up with my end of the agreement and have been very patient. Joel, you called me back up after i explained to you that RD stiffed me for $1250 and asked me what you could do to make this right because you wanted to build a relationship. Youre not off to a good start!

How about this.....I was screwd over by a guy for $2500, you were screwd over for $1250, I will gladly pay you $500, you pay me $1000. Then both debts will be settled up and RD wont even be involved since they really dont owe either on of us anyway? sound fair?

How many of you guys used credit cards or paypal?

I think pretty much all cc cards and paypal have buyers protection now.

Last year my wife and I bought concert tickets for $300 then it got cancelled with no money back, but we went through the cc company and they refunded our money. Here is what the concert was suppose to be. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_Gone_Wild

Yes, His name is Tracey Morris. He works for them. Yesterday I called and asked for Joel and Tracey told me that he would be in about 30 minutes, and then 45 minutes later Ty screened his call and told me that Joel was out sick! Imagine that.

i dont know every ones situation but i know ty and those guys ( not joel thow )on a personal level and i do know that thay are trying to make ends meet with every one i understand that every one is frustrated with what all happened and it sucks, not trying to but in on anything thats been going on but thats what i know and just thought i would put my 2 cents in

oh and i do know that thay took on all the debt that was involved also
