cause i know there were no d9s in production when it changed hands.
nor d5s for that matter.......as a matter of fact there was no inventory to really speak of, i do know they have been ordering stuff left and right to get inventory.

How did you almost get compensated? Did he show you what you were getting then took it back lol?

well... Originally I was told by Joel "the new oaner" that the 7500.1 was no longer a amp that they can build. Than after more conversations with the shop turns out they are stil a amp that can be built, and they have a heat sink that is 1/4 inch taller so no more poof . And they are " almost " taking care of me. Lol

We went to the bank and filed for a frudlent transaction. After no reply from the company after 14 days they refunded the money. I dont see why more people havent done this...not a big deal and you do get your money back!

Nick talked to Joel @ RD last week. He has an RD1750 (maybe 2, not sure) that has been getting repaired for about 8 months. Nick said he sounded like nice guy and when he got RD he didn't realize the full dept of things he was getting into. Joel said he was on it though, but the record keeping from Steve was lacking.

Joel seems to not be an 'online guy', which to me means he is not wasting time on forums, but working in the office trying to clear things up.
I wish him nothing but the best, but hell after seeing all this mess he may have been better ofd just starting whole new company and building from the ground up.

After months of conversations, Joel still hasn't kept up with his end of our agreement.

This guy purchased RD and inherited the problems of another guy. The fact that he is willing to even discuss compensation says a lot. He did not rip anyone off and in all actuality owes no one. The fact he is trying says volumes about his credibilty. He could have jsut started a new company with a new name and avoided all this but he chose to try and build a name with RD.

I spoke with him today and set up a couple of shows. He has big plans and sounds sincere.

I say give him some time to get on his feet and then see what he can do for you.

Just my opinion.

I agree he is in a tough spot! He sounds sincere, I believe. He will step up! However. . When you aquire a company you get all assets aswell as. The debts

yeah, im id be willing to bet steve wasent exactly honest about what "debts" joel was taking on.. probly just a small percentage on paper. and the rest wrote on napkins or not at all lol

Technically speaking, the new RD owes nobody anything, its a completely new company...you would think the fact that they are trying to take care of things would be appreciated by people.

Not saying someone does not owe you, just saying this guy did no do any of the ripping off and is trying to set it right. More than most would do.
