Not loud enough.. whats wrong??

First topic message reminder :

Im running 2 RE MT 18's in 15.2 cu box with sub fwd ports up.. have around 250in of port. 2 RD d9's running at 1 ohm exceleon headunit, 230 amp alt.. 3 hc2000 batts and about 8 runs of 0/1.. tuned around 45hz only doing 153 burp and around 151 SB... Have the floor and back wall dynamatted but thats it... This seems wrong on alot of levels.. i know i need to get the amps down to about .5 but seems like my box could be wayy off and my tuning needs to be a little higher... not so muc worried about electrical right now as I am more worried about my box and setup... oh ya this is in an 08 sierra ext cab with backseat out and box under window line... someone please tell me what the hell is wrong with this... thanks for any constructive criticism.. its all about getting better

oh.. i forgot to mention i do daily beat it a little but on low volumes and nothing crazy.. but i do want to sompete in street beat so i dont want to get this box where its just doing burps

Well i got my termlab up and going finally and did some testing and its actually peaking around 62hz .. so with the new build i have gained almost 4 dB in floor and only .2 in headrest.. i dont get it

those amps dont do as well on 12 volts and 1 ohm. Drop it down to .25 and 16volts and you will double your power. Which most of the time, the numbers will go UP!!

ya i have heard.. im not too worried about the output right now.. m satisfied it 157 in floor but im not with 151 in seat.. i want to do at LEAST mid 153s at headrest

Just a question or two.. will i be in modified 1000-2000 with 2 d9s? and are you allowed to have your roof and doors dynated?? and is there a rule on where or how your batts are mounted?? thanks

ya thats what i thought.. i mgoing to rip the top of this box off and redo it.. i got to get tuned lower.. if anyone can giveme some tips on how to rebuild this port i would appreciate it

Tuning it lower would be making the port longer.if there is not room to go longer you can do a l shape port

ya i only got 18" top to bottom measuring from the inside and my post is 8.75.. i had an L on my old box and it did well
