| A friendly look at the rule book and you will find that there are no limits to the amount of deadener as long as the oem panels fit normally and the windows can function (roll up and down) normally. |

| Hey ralph i thought it's have established several times now that the amp protest limit is 130% not 120%?
It still says 120% and has for over a year now since you guys have said it is 130%.
Please update it so people know what they are paying $300 for. |

| It’s all very funny but the fact is there are a large number of consumers out there who have no place to play in USACI because they are forced into modified class where they are destroyed by walls of woofers. We made the change to make room for more cars and more competition. The attendance in Pro Stock leaves room for a few more cars. If these new rules are like another organization and that offends anyone I apologize. I wrote the new guidelines without reference to any other org or their rule book. We do need to change the name and next year it will be called Mod Limited. We left the pro stock name so as to make the change over less confusing. This was all put in motion at the members meeting and has been waiting on the new SQ rules so they could be released together. I am open to ideas or suggestions anyone may have. Thanks for all the constructive input there Jeff. A pleasure as always sir...

| Jimbo check out the rules the 36" rule is already gone.
"EXCEPTIONS: Pickup trucks with the rear of the cab and/or front of the bed cut out in order to allow speaker or box placement in the truck bed are allowed in the this division. Any cut must not exceed the overall height of the bed or the vehicle window line, whichever is lower. In these vehicles the floor of the truck bed may not be lowered or cut. Wheel wells must be OEM. Vehicles using the bed of the a truck for speaker enclosures may use the entire bed area." |

| well maybe not, that say if your box is in the bed you can use the whole bed, but doesnt specify anything in the ps rules about if the box is not in the bed, except for the rule that says ps follow stock except you can do anything behind the b-pillar
now you could pull it from that and make a case that yes you can uses all of the bed, because it is behind the b-pillar, so long as no other rules are violated. |

| "PRO STOCK – No Wall This division uses the Stock rules with the exceptions as noted below. “PRO” and “CONSUMER” competitors as defined previously in this book will be allowed in Pro Stock. Modifications: Modifications will be allowed to the interior of the vehicle below the window line and behind the “B” post. Factory panels above the window line must remain in tact. No modifications will be allowed to the interior of the passenger compartment forward of the “B” pillars. The floor, ceiling and dashboard must be OEM. Speakers larger than 8" and any speaker being used for SPL must be located only behind the “B” pillars. The speakers and enclosure must not protrude beyond the leading edge of the “B” pillars or above and imaginary line from the lowest window line of the vehicle to the next lowest window line of the vehicle. This applies to all vehicles including cargo vans and SUV’s. No modifications will be allowed to the exterior of the vehicle and all portions of the system including batteries must remain inside the vehicle. Inside the vehicle is defined as inside of the factory bodylines, roof, and floorboard. Equipment in or on trailers, hitch racks, luggage racks and so on will not be permitted. No portion of the enclosure or audio system will be permitted to be located outside of the vehicle,"
yeah jimbo read the whole thing, it says anything goes behind the b-pillar and inside the factory body line and the bed is inside the factory bodyline so i say yes. |

| No im looking at it as minis with boxes in cab not in bed cant use all of bed ...... So all i have to do is do a cut out extend the enclosure about an 1 inch into bed and whallllla , i then have the enclosure in the bed and can use the rest for amps and batteries..... There ya go
Now instead of all this crap on 36" rule only if enclosure in bed we could limit number of batts to 30 in unlimited and 20 in 601-1800 and 10 in 0-600 that could keep it from everyone cutting up there minis and then having to buy a ton o batts what do you ps guys think...???? | |
