But I have no idea how to build a wall.......

My dad is giving me his 4 door Toyota Corolla as soon as he gets his new truck from his new job. Which will be soon.

I want to wall it, maybe 2 18"s or 2 15"s.

How would i go about doing it? I also want to wall my truck soon, again..... how?

2x4s Nails or screws sheetrock and some tape and mud just need to figure out the texture you want to put on it after you skim coat it and sand it

now take that and use steel and concrete instead of wood.. then you will know the secret to building it.. make it strong

i used all wood but alot of wood 2x4 frame then 2 layers of 2x12s on inside. then 4 layers mdf on inside . and about 10 gallons of reson would have been cheaper to use steel and wish i would have

LOL Mine is not built with 2x4's...i got cheap and decided just to build a reg box and panel it in. Doing ok so far. I can't imagine the numbers if I was to actually rebuild and do it right. Drew these are some good examples but I just didnt feel I would ever need something as strong as these. Let your wallet be your guide...which i know is slim right now. On the 2x4's they are all tied together to make a strong frame then you layer the MDF or Birch on the inside of them and then use threaded steel rod for bracing. It can get costly quick.

I think I can get alot of 2x4's for cheap from my woodshop teacher so that would help alot. I'm wanting to do this right..... well as right as i can.

i asked bruce what he payed for iron and it was cheaper then what i payed for the wood framing... lol
