| i need some help my friend bought a brutus 6008 andthe amp comes onbut doesnt put out sound so we returned the amp and they sent him a new one but we installed it and the next day the same thing happens? it was playing fine then just stopped we werent playing it loud and the amp never goes into protect mode so can any one help me? | |

| sounds like the rca jacks on the amps are bad or maybe his head unit produces too much voltage for the amp cause that is that small 600 watts amp isn it. or it could be just bad rca cables just try those to see. hope the gets everything handled though | |

| ive tried new rca wires and im not thinking its the amp cuz it happened twice to 2 brand new amps could getting a bigger amp help or is it something with the head unit? | |

| could be head unit,or it could be the ground wire for the amp is loose or where its grounded isn't down to bare metal or something. also, their could be some wires touching possibly the wiresinside the speaker box or whatever. you may need to pill them out and check them. | |

| yea we've had a amp hooked to it before the ground it good and i havent checked the speaker wires but i had hooked a sub to it out side the box and that sub didnt work? | |
