| I have no problem.....but I will not agree on Tim as a judge if you are going to dispute Gary Biggs or Nick Wingate as a judge. Better yet....I know I can get Chris and Melissa Owens. Fact is all those people are great judges......I have no problem with any of them as judges. You do because of their industry affiliation or their affiliation with me. John....I know just about everyone in the industry, and I am friends with them all. That will not matter. If you want a fair shot at my guys cars...come to our invitational show. If you win...you win....IF they win....they win. It will be an all-star judging crew, probably better than most finals events over the last few years. We will be at Daytona, We will be at Heat Wave. WE will have a better crew at our show than at any of those events. | |

| Trust me....My guy's will be ready to roll. You can say what you want, (audio-car vs. car-audio).....I build cars that win, and they are stree legal. Just because I rebuild the dash doesn't mean a thing. You can do the same thing....nothing is stopping you. Fact is you can do it easily in that car, and still have all the factory stuff intact (including AC). I know, we have one down at Bigg's shop | |

| How about Tim and Nick together...two seat judging. Chris and Melissa are very good judges as well. I honestly don't know Gary other than talking to him at Finals...I respect the crap out of him that's for sure.
An aftermarket dash would be very easy in my car. I don't need it. But even if I did...I wouldn't hack up a GN dash or console for anything or a WE4 for that matter (car Gary got). Removing them in tact and using the mounting points, yeah...that would work. It's not the theme that I want in the car though. My pitch is that I retained the collectable value of the car and kept the unique pieces in tact and then built the audio system around it and it was built to with stand a 1.5-1.8 60ft that the car is totally capable of off the trasnbrake at a 8-10 psi launch. If you aren't a turbo buick guy, then you don't understand the collectibility of these cars...nor the buyers of these cars and what they want to see. Even with crappy paint at Finals, I'd say my car easily got as many photos or comments as anything on the floor. It's the car...it's a cool factor.

| Dude....I built a third gen RX7 (20k plus in the motor including a twin to single turbo conversion). I used to compete in it (USACI Finals 2000). It was a 10 second car...so I understand. I would be cool with Nick and Tim. | |

chris , i have grown to have great respect to you and it seems that you have respected ans unnderstand what i tried to do .but,it seems that everyone gives lou the run around and still what to match up against him . i think he was a great person and so are you . he still in my class and i would not mind going against him ,but let him tune his own car like i do and let him do his own work like i do and let him put 200 miles daly on his car like i do and let him drive it to south pardre like i will in march and i think you can make a great judge between both of us.

| I understand. Fact is....Lou is my best friend. We have been boys for 12 years. I tune or help tune every car I build. If you pay for me to install your system....then I am going to give you the best chance to win. That is what my customers pay for. I respect anyone who builds or has a car built to compete in this sport. Fact is...no matter what anyone says on this forum...or about me...or my guys.....I still respect them. It takes a lot to do what we do. I have never won anything with my own car until this past year. It takes time and a lot of hard work! Hats off to anyone who want to do this. | |

| Trust me that car was a daily for the longest time. I put 150K miles on it and been competing since 1998-99 with the Lex. I just now won with the car. The Lex has been around, just never won till now.
Here is another thing. You know what the greatest about having a job? It is getting to do what ever i want with the money. I own 5 cars now. My dailly (Toyota Matrix), the SQ car (Lexus LS400), the track car (VW GTi), wife's dailly (Toyota Camry), and now a weekend car (Lexus IS250). Being a consumer means I pay Chris to get me the best chance of winning and that is what he did.
No hate. I use to be like you and use my dailly for show, work and race (yes I did track the Lex). LMAO I'm just now getting comfortable with my income that I can do what I do now. To be honest I don't do this to win, I do this to hang out with my boy Chris and have a great sounding car. Winning is just icing. I'm quiet around people I don't know, but you can ask Chris how loud of a mouth I have once I know you.

| SQ-LS400 stated "I'm quiet around people I don't know, but you can ask Chris how loud of a mouth I have once I know you." I'd like to add that Lou really opens up once he's had a few drinks (like the margaritas and shots at Hooter's in Omaha......). Then the only way to shut him up is put a platter of hot wings in front of him. It's okay Lou....I'm the same way. | |

| Now this is what SQ is supposed to be like. Playful bantter between competitors. If anyone takes any of this stuff personal they are in the wrong sport. That being said how can I get down on some of this action. Especially since Lou and I are in the same class. Granted I am no heavy weight but heck how do you expect to get better if you dont mix it up with the best. What the hell, I'll take a peice of you too Sketoe. Let the fun begin. | |
