Joint Finals a success. USACI numbers down due to very remote (from USACI) location but better than expected. Results posted on web site.

Only car i know of was kollars truck. And he got a special thumbs up to cut it. And he only cut out the bed so the floor was level with the cab. Not under the stock floor like. So im ot really sure. Its always been my understanding that in usaci you can cut metal as long as its not to the outter skin of the car. Roof.. floors..wheel wells etc that all are "outter skin"
