For the record, I deleted the account. I did not "BAN" the person who holds the account but just took action that I felt needed to be taken.
I only posted it on here so there would not be rumors of a "conspiracy" or other subterfuge to begin to surface. I deleted it and I had good reason.

The member is welcome to reestablish the account or contact me to get the old one back. If he/she does not then I will know I correct in removing it in the first place. If I was wrong I will accept that as well.

So you deleted chad, that has 8 or 9 usaci championships and runs 2 classes at finals every year because he asked for pictures of the leaderboards from finals? Am i missing something here???

The appropriate action as a moderator is to:
- delete POSTS that genuinely compromise the well-being of the community
- delete ACCOUNTS that continue to break forum rules after being reprimanded
- block IP RANGES that spam the site

I understand that you're upset that Chad criticized the organization and the conduct of its workers... openly. It's just not a good precident to set, that people who stir the pot, troll others, question authority/rules, etc will get banned. There just won't be many people left if you enforce it uniformly.

The only thing you've done with a ban, is to force one of your most active members to get a new username. He is now unassociated with the words of KickerCRX (if they aren't deleted already). As the bigger man, you should realize that there are ways to wrangle the organization without resorting to bully tactics.

Thats Crazy!!!! The whole point of a forum is to get on here and talk, and like Chris said, Delete the post if you are that unhappy! Lets delete people that support USACI and run multiple classes at finals, and give advice to new competitors on this forum.... Ya Great idea! NOT!!!!!!

I didn't see post that was deleted ... but I cant believe chad of all people needs to be banned . he is the only loyal usaci competitor in Nebraska right now and has been for 10 years ish

Sad times here. Ralph do you even know who your people are? You refer to him by his user nane as if you dont know who he is personally. You always have such a defenseive reply to me if i post something similar to chad... ive been a usaci member since 99 or 2000.. attended i think 7-8 finals? Not looking for any praise for that. But i would think when your seasoned guys like me or chad speak up you wouldn't view it as such "drama" and maybe look for the issue that brought it up ya know. Instead of shutting us down as "crying" or "drama" . I understand you and chad have had issues discussing your thoughts on mwspl and scheduling and stuff but man.. chad is one of the very few who made that drive to indy to support usaci..

This happens all of the time on here. So why the big "push" now? Just like has been mentioned already, this is a forum where people air things out.

I do see that there are moderators on here as well and I'm sure they've seen the stuff too. So now we start "enforcing the rules"?

the only person I see hurting USACi is you Ralph.. Chad's being banned is absolutely retarded.. Chad has supported this org for how long?? This just goes to show that all USACi wants is your money and dont give a damn who you are.. I hope all the "new" guys see how u treat the vets.. this is absolutely obsurd.. I'm so glad I retired now, bc if I was still competing this would've have pushed me over the edge.. USACi is now not only the most unorganized org but the most childish one too.. Yes, you are missing something here. I do not feel the need to clarify. I did not know Kickercrx was Chad Stoulil until you told me. That said, his actions in the lanes and his actions on the forum do not match. His actions on the forum are unacceptable and unforgivable. He is welcome in the lanes, and on the forums if he wants to be. In order to so that he will have to conduct himself in a way that is not intentionally detrimental to the organization.

Chad is not banned. Who said banned? You want to go on a rant about something that has not happened in such a negative way then perhaps the wrong account was erased.

If you want to be banned, then ban yourself and take a walk. As for money, are you serious? If we were banning or running him off we would be LOSING MONEY! Do you not read your own posts?

By the standards you set above I was correct in my actions.

Chad is not banned, his account was erased. He is welcome to start a new one and get a "Fresh Start" here on the forums.
His negative posts were so numerous and over such a long period of time the deletion was the best option.
As for the name, he can e-mail me and get the name back. His recent actions however met none of the criteria you mentioned that deserve a less serious reaction. Chad's intent was much deeper and more hurtful to USACI and every member who claims USACI as their organization. Chad noticed the finals results had inaccuracies. He intended to make them look intentional and to undermine and bring into question the very credibility of the entire organization. If Chad was trying to help out USACI or do anything positive, all he had to do was drop an e-mail or phone call and it would have been fixed in five minutes.

His remarks against USACI and in support of other organizations on the USACI FORUM have been ignored.
His arguments and negative posts have been ignored.

His recent attempt to turn a mistake into a situation that could be much, much worse and have long lasting negative effects to USACI, unforgivable.
If you compete in USACI then why would you want to destroy it??

If however you do want to destroy USACI we will not let you do it on our forums.

And the reason I started this topic was to be out in the open and let everyone know up front who did it and why.

Maybe not. But we do this every day of the year, not just on the weekends. We have a larger view (best way to put it?) of the overall actions and deeds on our members. As "greedy Bastards" we should have deleted the post and ignored the rest. But given in this situation the "larger picture" demanded more definitive actions. We have to look at the long term negatives as they compare to the short term positives and make a decision on that, not just one post or one action.

I haven't been on this forum in a while, and I can now honestly see why.


This is a bit on the ridiculous side, someone who spends so much time and money supporting something over such a long period of time should have a strong voice in what happens.

From what I can read, all he asked for was proof of something, and with this being a competition organization that shouldn't be an issue to begin with.



Anyone care to fill me in on what I have missed?

He was not banned. His account was erased in response to his actions. If it was improper then we will look at it if he wishes.

1. Did not know it was Chad until today. Had I known I may have called him first. I did not so I must take the heat.
2. He was not posting negative, he was not questioning rules or the organization. He knows what he was doing and so do I. That fact that now I know he is Chad does not change that. Perhaps I misunderstood his posts? But when I saw them and then went to the USACI site and saw what he was getting at I could see no other reason for his posts in public rather than an e-mail in private could be anything but bad.

I apologize if I am wrong here.
