some disappointing news

First topic message reminder :

I hooked up 1 of my pf600s at 14volts and hit 156.0 on my three 15" heavyweights at .167ohms before rise. Then I hook up all three on 12volts at .5ohms each and only manage a 156.0dbs. Kinda sad at the moment.

I ran one at 17.5volts at .167 and did a 157.5. I have to get the other 2 modded before I can test all three at 17.5volts.

I hate having to destroy a perfectly good subs, just to recone them. That's gonna suck.

And dont take this wrong but bro for a year now you have been buying amps subs and so fourth and not worring about your batts knowing ive told you several times i would let you borrow some to show you and well your beating your head against a wall and i have told you time and time again BATTTTTTSSSSSSSSS LOL


Again i will rephrase it and even make it a smart saying danielson!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and moonie even gave you a little hint with saying SAME setup and build!!!!!!!!

I know its my batts, but I needed subs, and I needed amps, that's when I had $$$$ now I'm broke. I got all the equipment on great deals, $250 for my heavyweights (sold my mojos for $250 ea) and bought a blown cactus pf600 for $300 and $200 to fix and mod it, and the other 2 pf600s for $695 ea shipped brand new (not from cactus) (sold my 2 cactus 5ks for $750ea) . I sold all my old gear to afford this equipment. I spent ~$400 for top gear. If I would have spent $400 on batts I would have gotten maybe 160 dbs, but now when I get batts, I have a good chance at ~161-162. If I sold equipment to buy batts, then I wouldn't have gear to run, lol. In May I'll have cash. Oh forgot to mention, I totaled my mustang, so I need to fix that first.

I KNOW I NEED BATTS, LOL. So I guess I'm disappointed that I need batts.

did you buy new batts or used ones?????

Dammmit son what else if it wasn't for bad luck youd have no damn luck last year.... Well hope ya get it figured out.. Yeah you woulda only got 3 batts or 2 if lucky on da 400 dollars.

Why don't u move down to stock 601.1800????? 12v is a lot easier to come buy...I run 12v in my car...but I own a shop so that's automatic SS....but if u do ur home work there a few tricks out there...I'm sure buy the end of the year everyone will know and have the same stuff I do

sounds like a voltage and box issues. maybe you need more port area maybe youneed less.

I got a hookup on nsb batts if you decided to go 12v route...

yes and you did come through and let me throw your amp on my 15s and nice that it did the same number as my pf600 (on 12volts). AB200.1 are very good amps, I was impressed. Well one day when your not doing anything, you should bring your battery bank so we can test, or I can go over there, either way.
