news on region3

I was just wandering if anyone here has heard any news at all on the Region 3 area for USACI.?

I haven't seen anything or any updates about that.

any info would be great

There have been questions concerning a regional director. To put on a show and to have a succesful region there are three main components. Retailers that are supportive, a director that is dedicated and competitors to make it worthy of having a show.

Each of these points have diminished over the last couple of years. It will take a lot of work to reestablish a competition network for the area.

Anyone with ideas and suggestions are more than welcome to share.

yeah our region hasent seen much of anything, i have been working on trying to get a few shows lined up down here next to where i am, but i think we have a new usaci judge down here that hasent done it before so right here it is kinda a wait and see what happens.

rose auto did a few shows down here in Georgia last year, maybe they will get a few, and i know that when NOPI came to knoxville and to atl. i went and competed but the event list isent showing any of those shows this time, i know nopi is coming to commerce georgia but i havent heard of anything about usaci being there.

hope we get some shows down this way in the georgia, north carolina, south carolina, tennessee area.....

We are working on splitting region 3 between two directors to get a head start on it! I have been in the office only two days in four weeks but rest assured, we will be getting those guys online as soon as I get back for a couple of days. .

thanks for the reply Mr. Randall. Hope everything gets going soon anxious to get this season started myself. I know there are lots of comps going on now, but kinda looking forward to some locals, you understand i'm sure. I thought Chris Moon was going to be one of the region dir's for us? What type of work does it take to do the Reg Dir. job. I work a full time job but have quite a few days off. I was just curious.

1 other thing. Anthony Caldwell from Team XFL. I think he would be a good candidate for a Region Director position. He knows a lot of what's going on with this area.
