yeah i feel ya on all that but im pretty sure we all know what songs work for streetbeat and we are gonna know when they play a song with added bass lines i mean if you really want you can find a song with a solid 30sec of continuous bass at a certain frequency so its kinda not worth it now i know my streetbeat song is just about and perfect as a beat as you can get without having a straight tone and i only go down like 1 db from what i burp and thats on a 30 sec average!! just sayin ill follow what the rules are and use my regular cd but just dont seem the point for it anymore if you want you can record a cd modify a song and add tones to it put it on the cd then print a label of the original cd and put it on it and you wouldnt know the difference would you??? im just sayin cd's are not gonna stop it its us as the competitors that are going to stop it!!!

eh in 2-5 years most head units wont even have cd players in them anymore. just the low end ones lol. everything is going digital. something to think about. but as of now its illegal. and as for just burps your only supposed to use the usaci cd that the head judge has. or the one you got with your membership (renewal). hopefully usaci eventually changes the rules to keep up with technology.

At the last competitor meeting we agree it was now legal to use a USB or Ipod at USACi shows. The director of the show has the final say but it was ruled it was allowed now.
Just clearing things up

Hooray for bringing USACi into the 21st century.
I'll be ripping my Street Beat songs using Exact Audio Copy, and converting them to lossless (FLAC). Hooray for skip-free Street Beat, with SQ-ability!
