legal matters

so me an my gf split up and she has my 6mo old son at her parents with her and i was wondering if there were any lawyers here or sumbody that knows a lil bout these situations

i was able get get my son when me and his mom split up... if ya get him dont plan on any child support jeffreys mom payed none at all and i went after her from day one,,, no jail time like the guys get no losing drivers license like guys do,,, crazy...

Good luck with whatever you do man. only thing I can say is dont let it linger too long if you see things taking a bad turn. who knows you may work things out and get back together. I hope things work out peacefully for you. Best thing to do is not let the emotions get caught up in what you decide, its hard I know. If ya split up for good, it is always better to get the damnn lawyers involved unless you are both very reasonable, that way you have defined boundaries.

Establish paternity and custody/visitational Rights ASAP regardless of if you split or stay this way all the Cow poopy is out of the way for you for now and future.

the judical system is really screwed up when it comes to the kids anytime you have a dad that wants to take care of his kids they can't gt them but anywho man i hope things work out for you bro sorry to hear about that glad i didn't post those pics from finals of you on the dance floor may really be in trouble then lol.

thanks for your help... ive been trying to keep away from talking from her for now because of the whole emotion thing, i don't want to flip Dung Pile on her and have that come back and bite me in the ass
