First topic message reminder :

well im stuck on my couch and bored out of my mind....so decided to sk the question.... what class is everyone running this year?????

im in stock 601-1800 and maybe ss 601-1800

I was sponsored by SS when the 10k came out. I ran the 6500 and was told by an SS employee at the time that the amp does 8500 at best.

They had a guy on Termpro clamp around 2300-2400 on a 14v setup

i got 7600 out of a 10k on 17.7v

and 6400 from a 6500 on 17.7v

the 2d5's will crush either of these amps

and ill be honest youd be louder on 1 d9 by far

He could have kept the D5s and just ran the higher class or added more batts

hmmmm so do you think a 158 with one CS5kW and one 18 on one XS Power D3100 would put up a fight if I jumped up to 16 volts and maybe different amps (plus worked on the car some more)?

most likely 1250. But I'd probably upgrade to something more class friendly and a 16 volt setup if I wanted to get a lil' more serious.

I'm running mod 1001 - 2000 (stupid amp limit in this class), Street Beat 4 & Street Q.

Geoff it would really depend what class you picked. take a look at what won finals last year. get ahold of me on AIM..
