well this is getting old first its in oamha then 6 weeks out its in dallas then it is going to be indallas again then it change to tulsa... then this year they said tulsa again then tulsa was no go and ralph said we would now in a few weeks "dec" not trying to be a dick but thats one reason finals isnt as big as it once was...

I am trying best to get this done...just got off the phone with the hotel and now waiting for the Convention Center to call.

I told them my deadline is 2 weeks from now....cross your fingers that I can accomplish this in the next 2 weeks!

UPDATE:

Still no call from the Convention Center, but did get a call from hotel. Have a meeting with both of them on May 6th & 7th...Will try to call Convention Center again tomorrow...I keep leaving messages.

I want to get contracts signed on meeting date, but want to know before April 12th if we got it done!

I am dying here working on this....Finally got a call from Convention Center and they are crazy....they want DOUBLE what all the other convention centers want in the past. I am calling them today to negoiate, if they will, if not I will be starting all over from scratch Sad
