| Is it just for SPL or for music? If its for music you can do a parallel or series tuned dual reflex bandpass in BassBox Pro 6. If its for SPL, throw that out the window, use some acoustical theory and common sense and start building. | |

| I'd say look over at the Termpro forums. They should point you in the right direction. | |

| If its for SPL, weld in a steel frame as big as you can fit from the b-pillar back, once you've got the frame in and covered with birch/mdf then you can start experimenting. Single reflex can work well for outlaw, handle gobs of power, and is less dangerous on subwoofers. The dual reflex will possibly be more efficient(series tuned) but is very picky at high power levels and could destroy subs during testing. I've only seen successful dual reflex designs in extreme/super mod vehicles. Most mod vehicles that did decent numbers were single reflex bandpass. | |

| FYI if you're using the Mojo woofers from memphis you may need to reinforce the cones with fiberglass matt and epoxy to keep them together. Those woofers are great, but the cones can fold when you dump the power to them if your box isn't just right. | |

| for mod and overall cone control, i would say 4th order...but then again...how many of the top vehicles do u see using them?
with a ported wall and an open door, your cabin IS a bandpass enclosure. | |

| A lot of people try them briefly then scrap the idea because they aren't easy to make work. The loudest Super Street vehicle in dB drag in the US was a single reflex bandpass. There were also some modifications to the van to make it work that aren't allowed in modified in USACi. Thats not to say the design couldn't work without cutting the floor but you wouldn't be able to use as many large woofers. | |

| 30 cubes and 3 15's won't work for 6th order. I had 36 cubes and 4 15's in my s-10 and needed alot more box | |
