Nasty Rumor

I got a call today about USACI. The caller wanted to know if USACI was going to file for bankruptcy! In years past these rumors have come and gone and we have laughed at them. Seems every year after finals we aere rumored to be bankrupt. Thsi seaosn, with the current condition of the economy, these types of rumors are taken a little more serious and are not a laughing matter.


USACI IS NOT NOW NOR ARE WE EVER CONTEMPLATING BANKRUPTCY! END OF STORY! Any person repeating this lie is acting in a malicious and unscrupulous manner. Please stop.

These nasty rumors if beleaved can be bad for business and anyone furthering them are hurting USACI. Please do not spread these rumors! They are unture and in our opinion another nasty attempt to slander USACI in an atempt to convince USACI supporters to jump ship for another organization. Don't fall for it!

Anyone with doubts please stop by and visit us in our booth at CES or gimme a call.

My comp has been spreading that rumor for years....I've been in business over ten years. Its funny how long it takes......if there making rumors or talking shiit then that means your doing something right!

Hey Ralph don't worry if this was true then why are we ALL going to Vegas on your dime in January. Don't worry about the rumors they are other people trying to start stuff in the industry because they can't be USACi.

Usaci is Great! Rumors are just that, rumors. Its funny how things like that work.

Seems there is a major puch by another organization to gain ground in Oklahoma. After several calls I have found that the rumor originated in OK from a group that is supporting and promoting another organization.

As I said, we get this EVERY YEAR but with the current economy we do not want our dealers cancelling shows or selecing another organization out of fear they might be true! (Thats why they start these rumors inthe first place)

Glad to fianlly get to the bottom of it. If you hear this rumor repeated give em hell about it!

wow never heard that rumor here in mississippi lookin forward to seeing more shows in northeast mississippi this year but with it not haveing any shops around here its hard to get shows.

People are dumb if they belive in rumors anyway.People should be smart enough to draw conclusions for themselfs.Im sure Ralph isnt worried about "Rumors"... He is worried about the malisous comments that can hurt his buisness.Fact is even the biggest of companies are rumored to fail at one time or another. Usaci will be fine...

You know I am gonna be there Jan 30th and again in March 27th and again on August 7th. All Triple Point Events at Top Dollar Pawn. So no reason you all can't get your points then

Plus I miss you guys! That is always such a fun show, even when the cops escort competitors in.

I really don't think Ralph was referring to EVERYONE in Ok just the ones that are starting the rumors.

Some orgs. are different than others. I for one prefer organized orgs.
Ralph does owe me but that does not really matter, he will pay me.
As to when I don't exactly know.
I did not start the rumor though, I know for a fact that usaci is not going bankrupt. I am also having a show at the Daryl Starbird car show. 20 car cap, olympic style judging. $500 cash prize thanks to JBL. You should enter.

1. USACI owed $5100 for advertising for finals. We wrote a check for $5000 and Rob rice paid what we were short as it was placed in his name. I will make sure to get him the $100 ASAP. Usually bankrupt people do not write checks to pay bills. LOL

2. The individual with the rant should have read this post and noticed it was posted LONG before I spoke to him. Instead of handling it professionally, he came on here and made a scene. I am very dissapointed in his demeanor (his post was deleted).

3. I have not had a single e-mail or phone call from ANYONE about the SQ. I will be happy to take the time if someone contacts me.

4. And Rob's invitation event in Tulsa from what I understand is IASCA sanctioned. Sound like an opportunity for some serious SQ guys to get points and perhaps win a few bucks. Would prefer it was USACI, be hey, can't win em all. That is a great show and I wish the best of luck to the guys who get to compete. thank you Rob Rice for responding in this forum and for continuing to promote SQ and events. I appreciate all your efforts and hope you have a great show.
