| Dude! I was just throwing out an example.... this is all part of the problem, we can have 4 classes or 10 classes or 20 classes, I dont really care, how many classes we have. the more the marrier... so you all can decide how many classes you need.... but what we do need is a very clear way of cutting them up..... heres a few more thoughts..... in an effort to keep everyone happy we could have between 1 and 100 classes... then we need to have then seperated by a handicap... that handicap can be via your actual score or,, on january 1 everyone becomes a class#1 comeptitor. then after 2 wins you bump up to a class #2 competitor... then after 5 more wins you become a class #3 competitor then after 10 winns you become a class #4 competitor, or space it or divide it however everyone feels is best... but we have never been able to police the rookie, novice, amateur, pro thing for one reason or another.... so lets get the number of classes figured out, which has got to come from how they get divided up then fox a few bumps in the road on the actual rules, then get a judges/competitor training program in place, and were fixed....

| we have to fix the issue of how to police the cl;asses, and how to limit the sandbagging.... period,,, these are 2 of the main reasons when i talk to people that they dont want to compete anymore... | |

| 9 classes total... Class Sketoe Class Crowder Class Eldridge
These 3 classes are divided up due to the amount of modifications done to the vehicle.....
Class Sketoe-- is a vehicle that looks stock, no visible modifications Class Crowder -- has modifications that enhace the install and visible changes are apparent. Class Eldridge-- has serious modifications not consistant with the manufactures design, etc...
Then within each class there is a handicap system that divides the competitors, with an intent for all competitors to bump up as they win more events or as there car gets better..... 3 classes within each of the above 3 classes for a total of 9 ,, offer some sort of prize or money only for the top class within the SKETOE< CROWDER< ELDRIDGE class.... | |
