I heard that MECA had 47 sq cars.

I wonder why they have so many more sq cars?

Is there something that can be done to increase sq numbers?

maybe area...im curious on how many ppl they had go through the gate. i seen alot of black tags hanging around necks...

Wow , wish i had an answer what did you guys have 24 or so.... I was shocked to see a low turnout.. But it was awsome calibur of cars for sure.... Attendance i didn't see alot without blk tags either.... Weird year but i enjoyed it either way. Thanks Rob for giving us a place to play this year bro....

I didn't think I was going to make it. I'm glad I kept pushing though. The cars that did show were all pretty strong. I sure hope we get the numbers back up.

I am not sure, but I know that we lost a few of our regulars that have come to the last few finals that we have had went to meca this year. Seems like the full Team Arc Audio was there this year, and didn't even make a dent in the spaces here at USAC. Actually, I don't remember an Arc Car in the lanes here this year. Andy Jones defected to Meca, Ben Volmer, and quite a few that made the T-Town nationals last year were also there at MECA. I just don't get it.

Maybe if we just let down our guard, and unified all the venues, and had one big gynormous SQ fest, then I could easily see 100 SQ cars and 200-300 SPL cars and we are back in business. But then again, I don't see that happening any time soon.

Did Andy make it to any finals this year? I was over at the MECA site checking their finals tally and did not see his name.

I only noticed Andy listed in the SQ2 rankings on their website.

I do think it is weird that they only have 1 two-seat class.
