This is basically the same thing but people voted no on the other one. This choice is what they wanted.

Actually nothing was splitting at all. Only one rule would change, and the rule is only about the competitor, not the vehicle. The point was to allow for manufacturer support and sponsorships in a 12 volt class.
As it is now nobody in stock can get product at discount and yada yada because they'll be thrown into Pro with the 16 volt guys.
Thats pretty much all I was looking to change in this poll.

you know what? I agree with you. That makes perfect sense. 16 volt would be a better class to put the big boys or girls. I've been whiped by both. naturally the numbers would corrolate when you look back at stats. higher voltage is a good way to decide a division. then the competitor can choose (even if he would be called a "pro") which class he or she would like to be in.
