There is an option in vBulletin to block an IP entirely, or even a segment of an IP....ie. 192.168.*.*

There should be the same feature in bbphp, the only thing is...it's only accessible by administrators in vBulletin, so chances are, it's the same with this forum software. Just ask the admins to look up the IP of chef and ban it....if they are willing that is.

It would be very difficult to block all ips -- think of computors that can be logged on at car dealerships, Circuit City , BB , library , the Kitchen etc .
