Could Everyone please give your explanation of the word Team

In your own words Everyone Please decribe the word Team!
and how it applies to you!

Because some people do not understand!

Can the Quarter back win the game alone?
Can the Nascar driver win the race alone?
Why do all these sports work as a Team?

Was started with 5 close friends that competed together helped one another. We ARE family. A team must work together to achieve the same goal.

Is the new guys on the team who is still learning and being coached, any less Important or less of a competitor than the guy whos has competited for several years?

a team is a group of ppl working toward a common goal

as for our team its more than car audio we are friends we all keep in touch all year we have some partys when we all get together a few times a year we look for new additions to our group also and do our best to show them the ropes and bring new blood to this sport...

We started out trying to find new members and added them but we found that some don't want to work as hard as others. Don't want to attend finals as we asked. These ppl hurt the team in the long run. We also find ourselves in the spot to go back to our roots and have a smaller team.

its just real hard sometimes with the (new blood) when you tell them you need around 3000-5000 dollors just to run some of the lower classes if you want to place top 3 thats the biggest problem with the rookies that may have talent but a smaller budget the bad thing is its not there falt..

Hey tim, maybe some old blood on the team will be back in 09. Things are turning around now.

thats what i thought also, but wasnt the case when we were all still apart of loud and clear.

"the one thing i dont get how do you call your self a competitor when you dont build your own car.. i am not meaning any disrespect at all but if my wife runs a car best believe she is going to be able to atleast run the cd player without having somone tell her what to do and she will be building the box and helping with the wiring.."



This is a pm I received day before yesterday im not saying who, I just thought it was kind of a crappy statement.
I dont know were he got the Info that Krissy didnt put anywork in the car because she did! yes Rich and Kevin did alot of it to help thus the name team!
I replied to this person that the statement was stupid and didnt even deserve an answer!
the next reply was thats why noone respects me anymore that he used to but not anymore.

This same person is a team member of someone who was new year before last we helped with design and info to put them in first place on the stage!

And if I remember only one person was booted you walked because you and Kevin couldnt get along and it was put to me that if I would boot kevin you all would come back! we made are choices and you made yours you was never booted!

and kevin was the one that wanted chilcothe booted from the team cause chilcothe was having issues instead of trying to help the guy out.

No what you dont understand is I have spent so much money for so many supporting this sport because of my love for it and the competitors like yourself, after last years Cow poopy In which I personally had nothing to do with I was caught up in the middle and was already disrespected by most all of you, over crap you still dont understand. Its Great that you use to respect me I use to respect most all of you competitors also but I lost respect for most all of you guys also. I Have never seen such poor sportsmanship on the behalf of the competitors as I have the last year or two. And the person who started it all is now a part of your team.

I have many things in my life that bring me love and respect! My Business,Family and my Real Friends and life its self, so I really dont need your approval or your respect to make me feel whole but thanks for confirming what I already knew.

This among other reasons is why I cancled many of my shows last year and why I wont have to many this year. Im sick of all you whining ass competitors.

If you spent as much time working on the cars as you all spend crying about stupid stuff you all might be able to beat us!

As far as your statement about Krissy and her not building her car she does come to the shop and work on it. She is a newbie and she is still learning. Im sure seeing how you made this statement you have never had anyone help you with your car now or when you was a newbie.

Fyi the first year Swat got back in the game ask bill who helped him with the build and info that got chad his first world championship you all forget and talk way to much Dung Pile.

so I guess that wasnt fair or was unsportsman like when we helped Chad win too! Do you feel the same about Chad as you do Krissy?

Any way do your homework before you come barking up the wrong tree!
