| I thought I had decided on the dd 3512's dual 2's but now I see Audioque has the HDC3 (Heavy Duty) Series – Copper Coils. I have read the AdHDC3 is better than the DD3512 but not better than the DD9512. So what does everyoner think AQ VS DD

| i would do audioque cause of the price you get more bang for ya buck, but them rd's are just stought. rd's has proven themselves thousand times over an audioque is proven its self in streetbeat. | |

| I have looked at the AQ VS DD thing for a good while, and AQ is a good choice for bang for your buck. If you ever plan on putting more power on them than just the one 3500, I would consider the DD. From previous experience with the dd3500 series they didn't last long on 8 Sundown 2k's....lol never really thought they would but had to try. But that was a pair or amps strapped to each sub so well over 4k for sb runs. | |

The coils come from two different build house and the dd coils are copper vs the aluminum on the aq. Just a thought.

| 1.So lets compare the Aq copper or alum coil vs the DD 9512, both dual 1 and setup for 1/2 ohm runs. Which would last?? Of course I would start with 1 AQ3500 but will end up straping 2.
2nd part to the question my build was setup for DD 3512 since the air space on 3512 is 2.5 and the 9512 is 2.6, will the 9512 still play effeceintly??

| American coil would be the aluminum and the copper Chinese. The aluminum coil can take more heat than the copper which stays cooler and can take more power because of the cooling factor. The AQ's will play just as loud as the DD's once they have been broken in properly (10 hours of break in time), 6 layer spiders. | |
