My point was in no way to discourage or dis credit anyone for anything that they have done or plan to do. My point was however that i beleive it to be more gratifying to build one than to buy one.
Kasey, I didnt want you to feel attacked. I did want you to find motivation to get in your own car and learn the little things that make the difference. What happens when you are at a big venue and your installer buddy cant make it and there is a issue. If in fact you are paying for all this to be done, I would reccomend spending as much time as you can with your friend doing the work when you have the opportunity to do so, and learn some of the little stuff. There are many many tricks to every vehicle. I wish you all the best of luck. Just hate to see someone spend the amount of money it appears you are about to spend and come up short, again not stating that to be the outcome just wouldnt like to see that happen. The new competitors are what keeps the sport alive. I know if i was one, and i spent a ton and came up short it would be really discouraging. So in recap, learn all you can, and there is no amount of money that can replace the time with a meter and tesing in your vehicle. So good luck and sorry to come off wrong.
