| I feel the need to explain some things here.
when I started in 2003 finals was to be held in KC, and was and let me tell you I was hooked from the moment I stepped into BARTEL HALL. I mean there were so many competitors, and spectators you couldnt hardly walk in the building, and if you have never been to bartel hall let me tell you you can fit 5 tulsa's in there. 2004 the same way it was awsome and I decided to do this to the fullest extent that I could. Well during the off season USACI felt it was necassary to change, and revamp everything from classes to voltage of batts in them classes, and well it was obviouse people didnt like this idea at all as well it became evident during the season. I mean shows that used to have so many people at it didnt anymore. Over the rest of the season of 2005 it was crazy people just didnt show up anymore, and finals was sorry for attendance from compettors to spectators. 2006 more of the same 2007 well we move to OMAHA, and it got worse, then Dallas it seems we have leveled off, and brought in some new guys, 2009 in TULSA well still leveled off, but some newere people so yeah looks like we qare starting to grow once again, but now we are doing exactly what we did in 2005 we are revamping, and not listening to the majority oh well even though people say we are dne if this happens, and the amount of unhappy people we have about this it wont matter. A decision will be made, and thats that I just hope or owuld like to hope that USACI thinks about the 2004-2005 season and think really hard about this decision. One more example before I end this rant lat year i counted about 25 people calling for a trunk class USACI gave them such a class, and it flopped big time, and I mean big time out of those people that wanted only 5-6 had the drive and determination to even build for this class then show up to represent it at finals.
LISTEN TO THE MAJORITY BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT THEY OUT NUMBER THE MINORITY | |

| My first year was 06' Which seem to fill the classes (3-5 per class) There were a few locals that hit up finals 04, 05 before i got into this and they were coming home in 9th, 8th etc.. I think there were 1 or 2 classes that did not have 5+ | |

| My first finals was in 99-placed 9th out of 21 competitors. That was in the day when there were 2 basic classes, and 5 classes in consumer, and pro. Nothing like seeing 2 rows of competitors-all in you class. It was something to see. | |

| thats also about the time we started using termlab also jeff and people quit coming out cause they knew if they couldnt beat the number at home why waste the money to travel and get beat. with the old audio control there was always the question of if a score was done on a jackedup mic and it was worth the trip to find out. termlab is a big reason the competition world has fallen. have said that since the beginning. | |

| very true, i know of some people who have tested before a show at home or even at the show in the parking lot and decided not to enter because they dont want to get beat that bad. | |
