| Why not use WebEx for video conferencing so that those who cannot drive up for the weekend can participate this way. It makes no sense to drive 17 hours for a meeting with the technology available today. | |

| or web the whole thing. i will go but its just yet another cost, right after finals. but I wanna be able to voice my opinion on certain issues if they are discussed. also look at sch times sq/spl no need for people to be there when they are not needed | |

| WebEx allows a 14 day trial. Even the pay version only allows 25 people per online session which is the same as the trial. USACi could use this and the first 25 people that request access will be given it. There may be other alternatives but they do allow a 14 day free trial on webex, otherwise its $69 for a one month subscription. We almost all have cell phones with unlimited weekend minutes so conference calling in would not cost us anything. Lets be smart and use the tech that is available to us. We had live results at finals this year, there is no reason the guy that set that up couldn't get a web conference going | |

| Also, Ralph could host this from his home, or from the USACi office without having to book a conference room/venue or pay for anyones food. Web conferencing is a win/win situation. | |

| Guys, we have a date and location. I will have someone look into the teck part and see if it can be piped in. Last time we tried it the whole thing failed miserably.
I will see if we can move to Sunday but then I am sure shop owners who work Monday will not be happy either.
Everyone asked for this, so here it is.

| I will be setting up a REGIONAL MEMBERS MEETING (TX & LA Area) on Nov. 15th for those that will not be able to get to the meeting. I will get back to my area with more information soon. I need some input and Jimbo to get with me on the location and time.
I think this is a good move for USACi and hope all can attend. |

I think this is a good move for USACi and hope all can attend. Now see that is something that I think could be pulled off. Everyone that has a region setup the same time at their locations and webcast between them that way there wont be like 100-200 people trying to all log in at the same time. Plus I think that there would be more people involved. Plus all of us that have to work on Saturdays would still be able to possibly attend a Sunday meeting. | |

| This would allow us to use webex with its 25 access limitiations. We certainly wouldn't have 25 regions but if we could group people together in up to 24 areas we could pull it off. | |
