USACI / rules and ethics... I have a question

First topic message reminder :

When someone writes a letter or contact rules and ethics about current rule.. or lack of the rule in WRITING . And rules and eithics decides that the rule DOES need to be changed. my question/s is... When and how do we find out ? When does it go into effect ? less than 30 days before finals?? i just caught wind of a rules and eithics decision on SB rules. And i dont recall seeing any rule updates posted up or anything? did i miss somthing or are people expected to completly change thier installs a week before finals ? The more and more i follow along this season and the way rules and points and who gets invites for what ever class they want are handled the less and less desire i have to invest cash gathering eqpt for next season to start my astro...

and since i made the post. it wasent about names or anyone either. it was about changing or inforcing a rule or whatever you want to call it, so close to finals when SB cars have already been building the other way...and now the other day was told now they couldnt. but now theres a fuss about it and it was never said ? lol ....anyway.. see you guys tomorrow..

Ok, , Matt, our Verification Judge, will judge all cars with the same high level of integrity that he judged with last year. There are no changes in our rules, contrary to what some may have posted here.
A recent meeting of the R/E committee ONLY verified existing rulings about SB5. There are NO new rules. Good luck to everyone and may the LOUDEST vehicles win.

rowland pm's me and says about a week hey ralph called me and asked if im running a mdf headliner it seems somone in my area called and protested me, and said if im allowed to use it they will bring supermod to finals and run it.

hten brce calls me 3 days ago and says hey i just got off the phone with danny b, and he says he has a letter in his back pocket he wrote to the rules and ethics committee about mdf headliners, and supermods in sb. With this in mind along with Alans post he made about hearing a change in the rules for s.b. as well you dont have to be from omaha to put it all togather.

You have an issue with me when the issue is with you you knew the ruling, and kept it from everyone untill I made a post about it.

If you took the time to read the letter that was sent to rules and ethics that I posted in here for everyone to see there was no mention of names or a specific vehicle when i talked to bruce i said i wasnt sure how it would affect ROLWANDS vehicle for sure but they should allow it unless he goes all out with a full super mod interior which is why we presented the question to R&E to find out if the Bucket would be legal if i built a supermod interior in it?

So find something else to "Female dog" about since you youself cant build anything loud anyway I might have a loud astro for sale?

Your right, I've never done Dung Pile in prostock, never have, as far as stock goes, yeah i just got lucky a couple times big deal

but anyway, i find it funny that you say that when you heard i was coming for you that you stayed in the same class, i seem to remember that after that happened you switched classes, maybe your getting forgetful but here ya go

i was throwing around ideas of what i should do with the truck so i started this topic in apr then after people voted for a while i chose pro 601-1800

then you had a couple topics about pro 601-1800 where i told you it would take a 164 minmum to win, and you guys got all defensive, sure maybe with only jimbo in the class now it might not but 164 was no brainer from the begginning of the season i mean brus did a 163.7 at te diggz on 6 mmats and 3 15's with the 4th sub hole covered after not having charged since finals thats only about 21k and you got what 7k or more out of the cactus

so ya anyway here is the post about pro 601-1800 where i repeatedly told you 164to win and that i would try my best to do it, this was may time frame again.

the truck had been used to haul stuff all its life and the springs were worn out. then on jun 7th at the nw audio show when you asked me what was up with the pic of my truck i told you i was doing 20 kinetik 16v in there with the 3 cactus, then you were like ohh i didnt know you had 3 cactus so i showed you them in my crx, so at this point, june 7th, you knew i had the truck, the cactus, thought i had 20 kinetiks and all this talk of 164 to win at finals and you saying it couldnt be done

once again, yeah your right, i've never done Dung Pile nor built Dung Pile in prostock unless you count that time i got 2nd in pro 0-1000 in a crx with rear panels in and 12v optima yellow tops back in 03 when i first got started

so yeah i never done Dung Pile, its probably just a coincidence you switched classes the day after nw audio after all my talk so at that point i quit working on the truck since you decided to switch classes.

Jeff did tell me that he wanted to do 601-1800 a couple months ago called and asked me if i would be okaywith it... I said more the merrier. He also told me what he wasdoing in it.. I forgot so then the other day he asked if i was at certain number and i was like how you know fool... Thought hehad ESP or something there for a min....

I believe when he asked we all thought kevin , me , chad and Jeff. That would have been crazy fo sho......
