| 06/25/2008An investigation into allegations that specific competitors competed in consumer classes while receiving free product from their sponsors has been concluded. The following is a cursory overview of findings and resultant actions taken by USACI Bruce Ogden
- Loss of all wins and titles.
- Loss of all World Records
- Banned from competition for 2008.
- Return to competition contingent on return of all USACI world record and finals awards earned in 2007 - 2008.
Richard Turner
- Loss of all wins and titles
- Loss of all World Records
- Suspended until surrender of World Finals awards and world Record Awards to the USACI office.
Josh Brown
- Loss of points and title earned at NW Audio Triple Points for Josh and his spouse.
Darren PattersonRyan McCueKevin EckerAfter Reveiw the Rules and Ethics board has modified this competitors standing.
- Loss of all 2007 and 2008 titles
- Loss of all 2007 and 2008 World Records
- Return to competition contingent on return of all USACI world record and finals awards earned in 2007 - 2008.
This is a final decision. No further details will be discussed outside the Rules and Ethics committee. This information will be forwarded to all sanctioning bodies for their consideration.
