All counties in the state are wet. They cannot ban the sale of beer, wine or liquor. What passes for dry in Oklahoma is what they call liquor by the drink. This is still decided by a county by county vote. They can ban liquor by the glass sales in restaurants and clubs and only allow low point beer sales.
