Stereo West show results from yesterday

show had a good turn out, 56 cars at a single pointer in about 95 degree heat

I did a 156.1 in PS with 2 12v batts, and 1 40.1, i was hoping for more but had 2 subs with cracked cones, we covered the holes with duct tape, then the cone seperated from the coil on one woofer, so not bad.

tim d did a 156.3ish in 601-1800 with panels still in the back

bob did a 152.x in 0-600 in his explorer

terry did a 163.2 in mod 2001-4000 after he finally decided to turn on his amps with about 10 sec left

magoo did a 150.5ish in sb3

Just get loud, then you won't have to worry about it. Not necessarily louder then Bruce, just get close.

Why not just buy a full one for cheap? Then you don't have to find another half.

ill let everyone in on a secret.......im the kinda person who doesn't sandbag......ever. ask bill or chad they'll tell you too. ask them how many woofers ive destroyed cause i dont sand bag LOL added one more to the list saturday night so 8 this season so far lol .......and i will come out and tell what im running and numbers im doing i dont care its fun and games for me, i work lots of OT to get my toys LOL

Bill, THANK YOU for having us up, we had a blast!!!!! Charley talked about coming back up all the way home! (except for when she was sleeping!) LOL! She is hooked brother, we will for sure be back!!! She already has me looking for a CRX for her!
Its really nice to see a show with that kind of turn out. Makes me think of the old days you know?
I'm gonna try to make it up for one of the Sat. nite deals but like I said, prolly leave her at home! LOL

That's awesome that Charley is hooked, or, wait , maybe it's not a good thing. What have you done to your child? I am going to call CPS on you, let them know that you are corrupting your child, getting her involved in a thankless sport and an industry that sucks us dry and leaves us broke.
Seriously though, thanks for coming up. It was great to have you and David make the trip. I think David was trying to get my attention on his way out, I kept trying to make it to his truck and everyone kept snagging me on the way. Tell him thank you for coming up as well. I hope you all can make many more shows. Jerry sent me a message saying that he wished he could have made it. He said he will make at least one this year. I hope so, it says a lot to me when people travel to make my shows and have a good time while they are here. It shows that I am doing my job and holding a good event.

Thanks Bill and Stereo West for holding the shows. I had a good time. Nice to see other SQ competitors there. I am planning on hitting the Omaha shows and probably the double in Lincoln.
