| OK folks. I am a little slow, & am not trying to start another long thread, just want simple easy for Tony to understand clarification.
This is for Pro Stick & Mod classes.
1) Is there a SPL # that if gone over means you can no longer have anyone in the vehicle?
2) Could I stick someone in the vehcile, & have them burp it for me? (my car, my name for the points, my build...just allows me to sit in my wheelchair outside)
3) If NO on #2, can I still have someone inside, & burp I it from a podeium?
4) If no on BOTH #2 & 3, Can I sit in the driver seat, AND have the mic on the drivers side?
5) Mic Jig. I am looking at making one that looks like a hand. (hold your hand up, like you are holding the globe with your finger tips). I intend to make it out of fiberglass, molded out of my hand, & painted. & then have it hold the mic, & then use velcro to hold it all in the vehicle. OK or not?
I don't care yes or no, & just want to make shure I am legal. Please no discussion, just simple yes or no on this thread guys...if I could get Jaffe, Ralph, darville....or an official yes or no from USACi I would really like it. Again I am NOT STARTING ANYTHING...I just don't always read things correctly, & want to be legal.
Thanks. | |

| 1) nope..sit in anything u want other than super mod
2)since u are in prostock u may have someone else inside the vehicle and run your car..but i would put someone else in there and u run it from a podium from the outside....u can only do this in prostock and above as in stock the only person to run the vehicle is the owner.
3)answered that in 2
4)the answer is no..the mic has to be on the opp. side of the vehicle from the person inside the vehicle
5)mic jig can be anything that is not manipulating your spl. so if it isnt then go for it.
hopefully that helps ya..

| actually andrew you are incorrect you can not have anyone but the owner of the vehicle sit in it as well as run it themselves. this eliminates any type of controversy that may take place suring a run.
This is know by us as the BRUCE-BRUCE rule lol.
