MY DECISION

First topic message reminder :

THE S10 WILL NOT BE ATTENDING FINALS THIS YEAR DUE TO SOME ISSUES IM HAVING WITH A SHIPPING COMPANY.

AS MANY OF YOU HAVE SEEN IN MY OLDER AVITAR I PURCHASED 4 RD 3250'S FOR MY S10, AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED ONE OF THE BOX THAT HAD 2 AMPS IN IT WAS DAMAGED SO I OPENED THE AMPS UP AND ALL SEEMED WELL. WELL BESIDES SOME BENT UP MOUNTING LEGS. 3 WORKED ONE WENT POOF WHEN THE REMOTE WAS TURNED ON.

I BROKE A NECK JOINT ON ONE OF MY 15" HEAVYWEIGHTS, AND SENT IT BACK TO BE FIXED INSTEAD OF RECONING MY SELF AS I HAVE D0NE IN THE PAST BIG MISTAKE THERE FOR SOMEWHERE BETWEEN KANSAS, AND CALI IT TRANSFORMED FROM A BOX WEIGHING 60LBS AND A 15 TO A BOX WEIGHING 22LBS, AND SOME CAT5 CABLE YUP STOLEN.

I ORDER A NEW 145 TO REPLACE IT CAUSE I KNOW IT CAN TAKE A WHILE TO HASH THING OUT, AND SO I CAN HIT THE LANES ONCE AGAIN IN THE S10. WELL THE NEW 15" JUST ARRIVED NO APPEARANT DAMAGE TO THE BOX SO WOOHOOO WELL AFTER OPENING THE BOX I NOTICE THE GASKET LOOKED A LITTLE FUNNY SO I PULL IT OFF AND THE BASKET IS BROKE IN 5 PLACES.

SO WITH ALL THIS GOING ON ITS DONE IT WONT BE AT FINALS.

THE CRX WILL BE IN 0-600 PRO.

yeah i did the same thing i bought a new 15 now it is jacked up
they broke the basket all up so so i can wait for the claim to go through and miss finals or i can suck it up buy a basket and a cone and get it done

lol right im soso scared ill be honest i just got off the phone with james and we didnt seem to have the issues me and you have at all.

living by what someone else does doesnt show how much of a man you are man in fact makes you look like a dead horse.

FYI

The 'shipper' is the only one supposed to file the claim, not the receiver.
IF you received damaged product, UPS can claim insufficient packaging unless it was drop tested by the manufacture.
If it has not passed, claims are harder to file.
But, if it happened during transit, from the shipper to the receiver, the shipper should send a replacement, while assume responsibility to follow through with the claim for damaged product.

well things are back to normal around here. kicker says there coming back to finals and the crap talking starts.

Ryan, it has nothjing to do with us. Ralph called and those guys offered to buy space for our team, so Hoss and James could be there for our guys, and other Kicker users.

It has nothing to do with us, as i sure hope it doesn't go negative again. But your right, some is still a one way street.

so let me get this straight im making up that I have all this happen this past month just cause James herrin in going to play in the same power devision and class as I am.

and now you have a couch riding patatoe backing you as well.

tracy is correct thats why steve at rd has filed the claim for the amp, and i called him back and told him not to worry about the subs as i already broke it down to the motor ordered a basket and because of the mouth greg has am bringing it to finals after all.

if he has an account with UPS, then he has a rep he may not see or know of, nows the time I'd get in contact with them if I were Steve, and pull some weight around. It really does help and then he will have a point of contact, at UPS.

X2..................if you ship alot with UPS when it comes claim time they ussually jump thru hoops for you to retain your business. We ship 100 or so packages a day at my office. I have seen them deny a claim until I "Female dog" enough and then they pay up.
