You have ZERO room to be cocky when U have NO world tittles....
So the answer to your question is YES you are better than someone else if you have multi world titles and they don’t have any.... that’s why you are a world champ and they are not..... in this game this is No money to gain just bragging rights as I see it.

the legal record is 1 tenth below the outlaw finals score. the outlaw record is .2 louder then the winner at finals.
