| if your gona street play the btl with alot of power..if you get the loaded version ..they eat tinsil leads and spiders...i dont care how many fi lovers will argue..ive done 4 big installs with them..all with autotek mm 4000.1 per pair..and they all did it..i dont know that a mt or normal btl can move enough to do that?/people have been street beating MTs for years...i dunno of any probs..since i havent used them like that | |

| ive street beat the piss out of mts with 2 pd2000.1s per sub with no failures. those were 15s but the same should hold true with 18s. | |

| I beat on the MT18's pretty hard as well as the 15's. So have some of my teammates. Overtime you may eventually have to recone them due to user abuse and the extremely tight gap in the motors. I have never used the BTL's but like Alan mentioned, I've heard of a few problems with them in certain applications. Other applications no problems(JBL van for instance) | |
