i think mod 2-4 had like 5-6 cars kumar. it was 4k+ that only had 2. ps was the weakest showing as usual. we really need to do something about guys running stock 4-5yrs. hell some of the stock scores wouldve taken tops in any mod or ps class so why not get a little more competition? why keep running a class you dominate, isnt it boring?

p.s. i think the facility was great and it was one of the best finals ive been to as far as the area,organization, and local surrondings. i had a blast and usac will probably be the only finals i return to.

why come on here and try to peer some people out when they dont wanna run prostock just cause you think they need to move i mean come on who the hell are you to decide what they do besides someone just talking poop

Look at the guys that ran stock, according to what you say none of us should have been there, Tamu 3- yrs James H ? How many yrs he been in the game, Tim S 3yr Me 4 Kevin 4 Rich dont know. all the guys in these classes are seasoned. So what. Personally I wont be in stock next yr, I want to do something else. but see no need to point poop out. How long you been in mod? Exactly, you arent going no where so why should they if they dont wanna?

i am with Mr Estes on this one like many other sports once your at a certain level you should be forced to move up out of stock classes, just like a boxer must fight the next contender when holding a title or give up the title or retire.

thats funny you named me I have never won but owell knowing I can keep up with 1/2 the cone area is good for me. I placed lower than before but felt better because I helped out as many ppl as i could and showed off my car. it was open allmost all weekend. the only problem I see with you is you like to lie to ppl like the m3 you knew nothing about and when you came and asked me what score i had and i told you my best was 158.3 and you said you got us beat but not to long after i found out that that car has seen a 159. I will be the first one to tell you that was a great score and your team done a hell of a job. but you dont have to call anyone on my team and try to bs us. hell I even let you look in my car I bet you wont like me looking in yours how about those pics. either way good luck to ya next year in whatever class you choose to run. but rember dont call my team for help in drag unless you are willing to return the favor

Tim, I didnt attack you, I just stated at how long people had been in stock classes, not once did I attack anyone. I didnt come to you and tell you I had you beat, I was honest in any conversations I had with you. This stuff never amazes me, When your on top, they love to hate ya...Its all good.

At the time, I personally knew nothing about them, other than what I read, I will not give anyone second hand information.And when you asked me, are 0-600 car was no where near a 159 ask when we got it there and I will tell you, the day before we left. Its funny on the phone with kevin you act all buddy buddy, then we get on here and you try and attack. The reason your car didnt get any louder was cause you used a 4yr old design, We work are asses off, and will be dis credited by no one. So feel as you will and say what you must,

I talked with you at finals owell i guess I bumped my head. as for saying anything bad about your teams scores or wins I havent. so dont put those words in my mouth. As for Kevin its no act Im nice to everyone the same. I like talking with ppl that are in this sport and kevin has been nice to me in person and on the phone so he will allways get that in return

the only number i ever stated to you at finals, is that kevin was capable of a 160 in that class. O well this is point less. Im done.

second i didnt compeat i was helping my guy out Jimmy for his car. he bout 2 cactus amps and a cactus bat 2 help me out in dbdrag. i told him i would help him work on his car. didnt know he would leave me hangn at the show. i know it wasnt loud but i didnt have the set up i wanted i wasnt going to go buy subs for his car.

jeff i agree with you if you dont like teams running up scores do something about it. and i have nothing against you. good luck next year.

as for me i have ran stock twice once in 2001 and i got 6th or 7th. then i took a year off and ran stock in 2003 and won my class. the next year i ran dbdrag and won 2004 finals and was sponcerd so that year i ran pro stock unlimited and got 3rd. this was the first year i even got a car and point qualifed since but my amps didnt come in so i didnt bring my car. next year i will be in pro stock plus what ever the hightest class next year is. you will find me in dbdrag more so then here but i will do both. good luck to everone one in or out of my class c u at finals. but if anyone wants a non easy class come play up here in pro stock unlimited i hope everyone top street car will come. not being cocky just like good comp and the best. my first goal is to beat a panda next year n drag. then i hope i can have some good numbers next year in usac. good luck to all look forward to seeing everyone. be safe and have fun! c u next year

James, It was in no way meant to be isulting, It was more or less to say abut the yrs of experience, cause they made the comment of people being in stock to long, So as a whole I just named people that I knew had been there a while. If it was Jimmys car, then thats what his 3rd yr. So no matter where you go there is gonna be seasoned competition. I think tim took my comment out of context, and went the wrong way with it. No harm no foul.

Jimmy needs all the help he can get even if he has been ther for three years he needs to be in stock without our help that car would not even make it. we just try to keep cars comming to keep this sport alive the first two years it was me and Terry that was helping him and James had to this year. just like the guys from Memphis Terry was working with they worked there but off and I,m glad they made it they are really good ppl and they will have a good future in usaci

I agree tim, My comment was just to prove there are lots of good experienced competitors in the stock classes, and why should any of them be forced to move up if they dont wanna, that was all. Like i said I think you took it wrong, if you go back and look I listed are team as well. The list can go on and on. I just dont think its fair for people to have to move if they dont fit the criteria.

i didnt take it bad its cool. i just didnt want people 2 think i was in that class i was just tryn to help. im not sure but i think it was jimmys second year. i have no prob with people not moving up i dont want nothing 2 do with a wall so i wont move up to those classes. i dont like running 12 bats in pro stock but next year with the horses i should not have any probs keepn up with people that have 16 volt. u set the bar high and that was a sick number. but like you my goal is 2 do better than that. good luck n what ever you do next year.

ack...the pic in group 2 had my nasty floor mats in it. I had those in Sunday so people could get in and out and listen.

im in an advanced/pro class. im not forcing anyone nor did i say anyone specific. i think most of the competitors named should be in pro or mod! but thats my opinion. i thought the whole point of this was to be the best and grow, period, not just stick in the rookie classes for 10 yrs cause your scared of someone beating you. i have the utmost respect for all the competitors named and their abilities and am just saying id love to see how they stack up in the pro/advanced classes.

I run stock because I am a college student and have no money. Ask Matt, Phinney, and all the other students out there. We don't have full time jobs yet.

Stock is by far tougher than prostock. Stock has a 12v limit and limited batteries. Prostock has a 18v limit, with unlimited batteries and alternators.

Now with Ralph making his decision to cut classes down, there will be even less people moving to pro stock classes.
