just about, subs closeout $150 ea amp $250.00 autozone batts $120 wood $80.00 headunit 80.00 misc $100.00 if you add in my own labor sure its much more

yes small car did not need that much wood, if i used quadwood it wood be $400.00+ i used ultra lightweight mdf.
