I know, there is nothing simple about SPL. I am not looking to have a discussion over this.
I was curious about what the rules state about a street legal car ( if it is street legal in Oklahoma ), does it have to meet standards outside of oklahoma as well?
The car in question is a Vantage Utility Van (normally used on military bases). These little vans are legal in Oklahoma to run on the street, they are powered by a 12v motorcycle battery, and a little 750cc motor. They do about 40 all day, and nearly 100 off a cliff.
I can pick them up used for a good price and was thinking about toying with one.
First, since it uses the motorcycle battery. would I have to have batteries of like size for competition?
Second, there isnt much room for more than one sub, possibly two if I stay below 15".
Third, if it won't be legal, then I probably just wasted a thread asking about it.
