| I'm looking for a daily sub with sound quality and the occasional hair trick, that will sound good whether it's Lil' Wayne, Rob Zombie, or Pink Floyd. Many have recommended 2- 15's , and some say 3- 12", what's your call? Thanks!
1) Digital Designs 9500 series 2) DC Audio XL or Level 5 3) FI BTL-N212 4) RE XXX 5) RIVAL 12.22 6) RD Audio Elite or Alpha 7) T3 T.2000

Also how much power are you planning on running? This info will greatly help in suggesting the correct sub for your application.

I'm putting the subs in a 4-door Nissan Altima, behind the backseat, aiming to the cabin. I will be running an RD D9 to power the subs, 5400w+

Hey Chris, they are still pushing me away from your suggestion, 2- 15Alphas to the cabin, so I'm debating on taking them out of the equation, but I also want to make sure that I'm getting the best on the market in subs, with the Alphas, since I'd be putting them in an enclosure that's less than what is recommended for them. I don't want to sacrifice sound quality. Trust me, I value your suggestions, and it is my #1 setup choice, but wanna utilize 90% of the power of the D9, also. No sacrifices, in essence.

| Chris, how much power will the Alpha 15's need each? Will there be any sacrifices, eg, unused power, poor low end response with the Alphas being ina smaller box? Just wondering? | |

| They will have enough power with the d9. You will need to make the box deeper than one of my builds. To play low. Like 20-24" deep and make the port 30" long. It will smash. | |

Well im saying theres no reason for it to be that long. Unless its a crutch for a bad design. But usaci forum is the last group to argue enclosure design with.

Guess I should go with the first 2 opinions I got here, from you & Chris & fuckin do it, idk. just got folks in my ear talkin other Dung Pile, and I've gotten indecisive. Sorry to be a bother! Look, I'm listening, dont think I'm not. Didn't realize Fish & Allen were the top dogs of car audio, spoke with Huffman on the phone earlier, said the same. Guessing thats why when they speak, nobody else tries to speak over them. Look, I now know, I'm the ignorant newbie, & I should have listened from the get-go, & stopped trying for more suggestions. They had the best idea all along, & thats what I'm going to run.

Oh yeah, I've got about 770w with ARC Audio 4150 dedicated to 2 pairs of CDT Audio 6.5 components, & debating if I should go ahead & put another pair of comps in rear doors or just put another 6.5 by itself there? Think i'll need 6 tweeters, or will 4 be good? Also have an 08 Kicker ZX400.1 I could put like 8's or something on it, I know I dont want that drop off when the bass goes above the 80hz cuttoff on the subs?
