I would too..this isnt a hobby its a lifestyle some people live for it. Really alan unless u lived under our bed for 3 years I dont think u kno what ur talking about. what do you mean you would to? i was at finals and my eyeballs happen to look thier general direct.. i was standing in a group of people watching cars through out the day. i made no effort towards the crx to try to look in or anything special.. i just was standing around BSing with my friends. then later than night while passing in the hall way he just decides to blow up on my like i went out of my way to look in the car and that i had something to say about it. which is anything but what was really going on. i was there enjoying my weekend with my GF

.. ive never , at any finals talked to one judge or anyone about that car let alone calling it a cheat.. people have asked me what i think.. and all ive ever said is if there was somthing up wit hthe car its something no one would ever see or think to look for...
this weekend the most i spoke about them was telling my buddy taylor that white crx was about to hand him his ass.. and that was to taylor and he will tell you the same thing...

I don't know all the names but this was my first year at finals and met a lot of people and everybody was nice for the most part although I knew ahead of time not to look to hard at the comps cars lol but it was nice to finally meet you allen and you 2 jeff sorry about the confusion in the trunk class lol but I had a blast and I will make sure next year I bring atleast a dozen or so new competitors with me we might not place but none the less.

2nd is a good place hell its better than 3rd

finals is meant to be good fun with a battle at hand its a stressfull place as well people wanna do good, and emotions get out of hand sometimes hell I bet ive almost been in about 8 fights at all the finals i have been in lol

I have heard all sorts of crap about this car and team. I havent been in the lanes long enough to know a whole lot about the stories flying around. I do know that i watched them run in the lanes more than once at a very close distance and (maybe because they didnt know i was in their class for SS) they just looked at me like everyone else. I got no stink eye from either of them or Donnie. Later, after the SS run i decided to go and congratulate them by shaking their hand and introducing myself. They looked me straight in the eye and said thank you after introducing themselves and Donnie. I was asked what class and what #, after answering they said good number and congrats....with no roll of the eyes or belittling smirk. It also struck me when i was told that most will not come over and do this. 161+ is a hell of a # to have sandbagged away.....all im concerned about is how much work i have in front of me. To me, until i reach a level of success that they have i can only keep cutting mdf and testing till i can get no more, then push harder. Till i get burned by these guys or team....ill just use them as a guide as to what may be possible. Dunno where this puts me in the community...but who cares......the people that have met me can make their own decisions based on how i treat them and i think i have been fair and honest. Congrats guys.

thats just it man there have been somethings in the past that alot of competitors didnt like, and most will not aproach them to say hey, or say great number, or just to have a convo with them and its pretty sad actually. I have had my issues with them as well, but thats all in the past and under the bridge life goes on lol.

kevin is cocky and outspoken and awsome in the lanes wait that sounds just like me lol

but see.. i get ALL those looks...as well as donnie butting his face in a convo between me and ralph asking about a record run that simply said " haha we just love making them cry " as if i was talking to ralph about them? i dunno but it was rude as hell...
although it was defenatly in my sites this year to be happy and possibly make that happen. but just walking around i no doubt got the vide of them having no interest in that happening from them .and well that pretty much blows any intent on the whole hand shake thing..

Like i said....this is what my experience with them was. No more no less. I also spoke with you at my car and had no issues at all. I have no history with you and any troubles you have. I sit on no side of any fence as it stands. Whether they think im just another guy with no chance of doing anything in the lanes or not.....i dont care and got no indication they felt that way. You and I...we met and spoke...far as im concerned...we are cool...no history or crap to get in the way of a good convo. Till someone does something that affects me or my class and i can prove it....ill treat everyone with a level of respect that is required when trying to keep a civil friendship/competitor relationship.

pinky did get beat but the way everyone was talking I shouldn't have even been in the same ballpark.. It was closer than everyone expected.. man i was close, but no cigar.. but hey I learned ALOT and I'm kinda excited about next year to tell u the truth

My gripe is that everyone else had a set time to be in the lane and had to sit there all day, but they just rolled up whenever they felt it necessary.

Its still a solid number, and they still won.
