Yeah they arrested her and her friend that showed up to say he was driving. She had proof of insurance but proff does not always mean she had insurance. I had my friends 8 year old daughter in the car with me luckly everybody was alright she got a small cut and was really up set but no major injures. My back is hurting but that is kind of my fault for not having that box braced down.

| That's a bunch of crap. I hate drunk drivers.
Can you get full coverage insurance for replacement with a comparably loud crx if yours get totaled.
Also can the insurance company be educated enough to understand that a ding in the rear could cause it to be totaled for what we do? Maybe that type of policy would have to be done through Lloyd's of London.

Plus they will try the previous damage stuff becuase my body kit was a diffrent color and so on. My work actulley sales auto insurance in are SC office so I asked some of those techs and aleast in SC you can make a insurance company adjust there value quote to the local market average. So I guess I will just have to start printing off what CRX are going for on criags list and ebay and so on so when they low ball me i can come back with that.

| I got bored tonight so I made sure all the equipment worked. It all seems to be ok. It will still do a 154.7 if though the hatch won't shut and there is a NICE gap between the hatch and the rear of the car. | |

| So the insurance guy came out today. Tried to tell me that the wheels took from the value of the car because they where not stock and that the value of a CRX in perfect condition was 2600. I could not help but laugh at that one. and that since there was some rust fixed and clear coat pealing there was a lot of previous damage. Blah blah blah. So i know that they are going to try and low ball me. Said that 17 in rims where worth less than factory wheels. | |
