Official SQ disc for this year?

What is the disc that will be used this year? I will be judging at Scrapin the Coast and want to make sure of two things:

1.) I get some reference listening time in before the show with the disc to know what to expect.

2.) Competitors are judged on the proper disc that will be used at finals.


Thanks guys! I'm going to listen to the disc on my Focal BE home gear and then take it over to the local Hifi store and listen on some B&W 802D's on Classe' amplification and some of the Nautilus towers on McIntosh Tubes.

Honestly...as far as I know its still the Focal reference disc that came out a couple years ago. Im almost certain that there will be no more Hotel California...LOL

How would a competitor be able to get this disc, through USACi offices?

I have the same question. The disc that came with my membership is mainly Mapleshade stuff. I believe there are 6 Focal discs. Could someone list what the tracks are so I can down load the correct CD ?

I am also looking for the SQ disk, with my membership I received an outlaw SPL disk..

if only there were some way to distribute audio files electronically, but it would take some sort of special application to handle the torrent of data contained in those tracks..

Last year when I signed up they sent the Mapleshade CD.
This year when I signed up and asked for the SQ CD they sent The Outlaw SPL CD. Sounds like they did the same thing to you.

Yes, I'm on that forum alot too. Its also the reason I asked if someone could list the tracks so we would know exactly which CD it is. There are 6 of them.

There is a USACi/Focal disc. It is not one of the Focal demo discs listed in that download link. Some of the tracks are from those discs but it is not one of the discs. I am uploading some pictures of the disc and track listings now.

X 11. They ended up sending me another spl disk after I specifically asked via phone for the SQ disk. I have all of the Focal disks but that doesn't help much without the judging disk. Guess I'll try the torrent route.
