question about points and finals?

Ok guys...I have my expedition as well as my truck.

The truck I'm planning on taking to finals in a high mod class...

My question is lets say I ran my expedition in stock 900 or whatever the class is at the Tunica show and at STC

Would I be able to show up to finals with the truck? or are the points associated with the vehicle?

Points are not associated with the vehicle, however, you must compete in the class you have the most points in first.

So just compete in whatever mod class you plan on running at finals with your EX

k, one more question then

Lets say I ran mod 0-900 all season then get to finals and want to run 4k.

Would I be able to do that? Even if I don't have any points in it? Or would I be able to run 4k at shows even if I don't fit into that class?


I guess I could throw an extra amp in there to bump me up a class if I had to?

Can run the class at shows eve tho you dont have the equip to fit it then just run at finals with the vehicle that does.

You'll have to have the points to do so, run it at some shows so u can do it at finals

Basically I want to run Mod 0-900 this weekend with 2 amps, and 901-2000 with 3 amps and was thinking of going ahead and running 2001-4k but I don't have the right coils to run 4 amps on 3 subs right now

So if I'm reading this right I can run all 3 of those classes this weekend plus street beat right?

If I did that would that be all of my points I needed? Or would I have to get points for finals in each individual class?

You can only enter one power divison ! Like mod 0-1000 or mod 2-4000 or 4000+. You can enter what sb class you can qualify in like sb 3-4 and 5

So only 1 division per show? Or could I enter 2 divisions if I had the equipment to fit into that class?

You can enter a higher class than you have power for bot not more than one divison.

I've heard of people running multiple classes to get all their points at one show
